We report on a 78-year-old women suffering from hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES). Aside from pruriginous papules and infiltrations, she showed sensorial polyneuropathy as well as increased levels of immunoglobulins. Treatment with glucocorticoids and azathioprine resulted in good but not complete remission. Total remission was not achieved until after a new combined therapy with DADPS and disodium cromoglycate. We give a survey on the therapeutic range concerning HES.
我们报告了一位患有嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征（HES）的78岁女性。除了瘙痒性丘疹和浸润外，她还表现出感觉性多神经病以及免疫球蛋白水平升高。使用糖皮质激素和硫唑嘌呤治疗取得了良好但不完全的缓解。直到采用二氨基二苯砜（DADPS）和色甘酸钠联合新疗法后才实现完全缓解。我们对HES的治疗范围进行了综述。
