Abstract
A case of invasive thymoma which was manifest clinically as bronchial obstruction and metastatic liver tumour is presented. Autopsy revealed a unique polypoid endobronchial extension of the neoplasm. This represents a previously unrecognized pattern of secondary bronchial involvement by invasive thymoma.

本文报告一例侵袭性胸腺瘤，临床表现为支气管阻塞和肝转移瘤。尸检发现肿瘤呈现独特的息肉样支气管内延伸。这代表了侵袭性胸腺瘤继发支气管受累的一种先前未被认识的模式。
