Abstract

Three new isotypic heteropolynuclear complexes, namely penta-aqua-carbonato-penta-kis-(glycinehydroxamato)nitrato-penta-copper(II)lanthanide(III) -hydrate, [Cu(GlyHA)(CO)(NO)(HO)]·HO (GlyHA is glycine-hydrox-amate, -hy-droxy-glycinamidate or amino-aceto-hydroxamate, CHNO ), with lanthanide(III) ( ) = gadolinium (Gd, , = 3.5), dysprosium (Dy, , = 3.28) and holmium (Ho, , = 3.445), within a 15-metallacrown-5 class were obtained on reaction of lanthanide(III) nitrate, copper(II) acetate and sodium glycinehydroxamate. Complexes - contain five copper(II) ions and five bridging GlyHA anions, forming a [CuGlyHA] metallamacrocyclic core. The ions are coordinated to the metallamacrocycle through five O-donor hydroxamates. The electroneutrality of complexes - is achieved by a bidentate carbonate anion coordinated to the ion and a monodentate nitrate anion coordinated apically to one of the copper(II) ions of the metallamacrocycle. The lattice parameters of complexes - are similar to those previously reported for an Eu-Cu 15-metallacrown-5 complex with glycine-hydroxamate of proposed composition [EuCu(GlyHA)(OH)(NO)(HO)]·3.5HO [Stemmler (1999 ▸). , 2807-2817]. High-quality X-ray data obtained for - have allowed a re-evaluation of the X-ray data solution proposed earlier for the EuCu complex and suggest that the formula is actually [EuCu(GlyHA)(CO)(NO)(HO)]·3.5HO.

通过镧系元素(III)硝酸盐、醋酸铜和甘氨酸异羟肟酸钠的反应,得到了三种新的同型异多核配合物,即五水合碳酸根·五(甘氨酸异羟肟酸根)·硝酸根·五铜(II)镧系元素(III)水合物,[Cu(GlyHA)(CO)(NO)(H₂O)]·H₂O(GlyHA为甘氨酸异羟肟酸、羟基甘氨酰胺或氨基乙酰异羟肟酸,C₂H₅NO₂),其中镧系元素(III)(Ln³⁺)分别为钆(Gd,1.066 Å,Z = 3.5)、镝(Dy,1.049 Å,Z = 3.28)和钬(Ho,1.061 Å,Z = 3.445),属于15 - 金属冠 - 5类。配合物1 - 3包含五个铜(II)离子和五个桥连的GlyHA阴离子,形成一个[CuGlyHA]金属大环核。Ln³⁺离子通过五个氧供体异羟肟酸根与金属大环配位。配合物1 - 3的电中性通过与Ln³⁺离子配位的双齿碳酸根阴离子和与金属大环的一个铜(II)离子顶端配位的单齿硝酸根阴离子来实现。配合物1 - 3的晶格参数与先前报道的具有甘氨酸异羟肟酸的Eu - Cu 15 - 金属冠 - 5配合物[EuCu(GlyHA)(OH)(NO)(H₂O)]·3.5H₂O的晶格参数相似[施泰姆勒(1999 ▸)。Acta Cryst. C55,2807 - 2817]。为1 - 3获得的高质量X射线数据使得能够对先前为EuCu配合物提出的X射线数据解析进行重新评估,并表明其化学式实际上为[EuCu(GlyHA)(CO)(NO)(H₂O)]·3.5H₂O。
