From 1971-1982, 598 polytraumatized patients had concomitant injuries of the retroperitoneal space. The mortality rate came up to 33.4%. Diagnostically abdominal lavage, laparoscopy, selective angiography and CT were carried out. Often life saving laparotomy had to be practised without further delay.
1971年至1982年期间，598例多发伤患者伴有腹膜后间隙损伤。死亡率高达33.4%。诊断方面采用了腹腔灌洗、腹腔镜检查、选择性血管造影和CT检查。通常必须立即进行挽救生命的剖腹手术。
