Abstract

Rheumatoid vasculitis which affects small-to-medium-sized vessels is a rare and late complication of rheumatoid arthritis. It is defined histologically as immune complex deposition in venules, capillaries and arterioles. Vasculitis in the vasa nervorum leads to infarction of peripheral nerves which leads to neuropathy. We present a case of mononeuritis multiplex due to rheumatoid vasculitis.

摘要

类风湿性血管炎累及中小血管，是类风湿性关节炎罕见的晚期并发症。组织学上定义为免疫复合物沉积于小静脉、毛细血管和小动脉。神经血管的血管炎导致周围神经梗死，进而引起神经病变。我们报告一例因类风湿性血管炎导致的多发性单神经炎病例。
