Four new hetisine-type C -diterpenoid alkaloids, named as coreanines A-D (1-4), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum coreanum, together with thirteen known alkaloids (5-17). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including IR, HR-ESI-MS and NMR techniques. All the isolated compounds were screened for the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory effects, and none of them showed considerable inhibitory activity.
从乌头属植物中分离得到了四个新的替比辛型 C-二萜生物碱,分别命名为朝鲜碱 A-D(1-4),此外还分离得到了 13 个已知生物碱(5-17)。通过红外光谱、高分辨电喷雾质谱和 NMR 等多种光谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。对所有分离得到的化合物进行了乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)抑制活性筛选,结果表明它们均没有明显的抑制活性。
