Abstract

Multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging plays an important role in the detection of clinically significant prostate cancer. However, there is some overlap between prostate cancer and granulomatous prostatitis. We describe the imaging features of granulomatous prostatitis, which frequently mimics prostate cancer, and differential diagnosis between these conditions according to Prostate Imaging-Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) version..
