Abstract

Triflumezopyrim, a new nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) inhibition, can effectively control piercing-sucking insect pests such as white-backed planthopper (Sogatella furcifera). At present, there has been no reports on the effects of triflumezopyrim on the population growth and development of S. furcifera. In this experiment, an age-stage two-sex life table was used to evaluate the impact of triflumezopyrim on the biological parameters of S. furcifera. The results showed that the adult preoviposition period (APOP) and total preoviposition period (TPOP) of the F generation were significantly higher than those of the F and F generations, on the contrary the average fecundity, intrinsic rate of increase (r) and finite rate of increase (λ) of the F generation were higher than those of the F and F generations. The results of synergists and enzyme activities indicated that the CarE and P450 activities in the F generation were significantly higher than those in the F generation (P < 0.05). The protein contents of vitellogenin (Vg) and vitellogenin receptor (VgR) and relative expression quality of VgR in the F female adults were also significantly higher than those in the F generation (P < 0.05). These results showed that triflumezopyrim at a low concentration could promote the growth and reproduction of S. furcifera, and that may provide a reference for the rational use of triflumezopyrim in the future.

三氟醚嘧啶是一种新型烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)抑制剂,能有效防治褐飞虱等刺吸式口器害虫。目前,尚无三氟醚嘧啶对褐飞虱种群生长发育影响的报道。本试验采用昆虫龄期-两性生命表技术,评估三氟醚嘧啶对褐飞虱生物学参数的影响。结果表明,F1 代成虫的产卵前期(APOP)和总产卵前期(TPOP)显著高于 F0 和 F1 代,而 F1 代的平均产卵量、内禀增长率(r)和周限增长率(λ)均高于 F0 和 F1 代。增效剂和酶活性结果表明,F1 代羧酸酯酶(CarE)和细胞色素 P450 酶(P450)活性显著高于 F0 代(P<0.05)。F1 代雌成虫的卵黄原蛋白(Vg)和卵黄原蛋白受体(VgR)蛋白含量以及 VgR 相对表达量也显著高于 F0 代(P<0.05)。这些结果表明,低浓度的三氟醚嘧啶能促进褐飞虱的生长和繁殖,为今后合理使用三氟醚嘧啶提供参考。
