Stable hydrodynamic, hemocompatible and strength characteristics of the models of orthotopic heart prosthesis (OHP) from the series "Poisk" were shown during medico-biologic study on their experimental implantation. Special attention was paid to the OHP "Poisk-10M", implanted to a calf named Olimp which survived for 102 days. The OHP "Poisk-10M" is found to be ready for clinical use.
