This article gives some methods of implanting an artificial heart to calves. The non-invasive method used to control the central hemodynamic parameters in the post-operative period showed high stability and informative value in operation. It has been shown that the heart prosthesis is well placed in the thoracic cavity of the human cadaver of different weight and constitution. The further development of the artificial heart problem in many respects depends upon the progress in the field of chemistry and the technology of polymers as well as precision equipment.
