Abstract

We present a case report of a 25-year-old obese man complaining of primary infertility for 2 years. After a thorough examination and investigation were done, he had congenital unilateral absence of vas deferens with ipsilateral renal agenesis and a palpable vas deferens in the contralateral side with testicular atrophy. Semen analysis showed low semen volume (0.5 mL) with azoospermia. Hence, a scrotal exploration and a crossover transseptal vasoepididymostomy to relocate the vas deferens were done. After 6 months, the sperm concentration reached 5 × 10/mL with good motility (40%) and volume (1.5 mL).

我们报告一例25岁肥胖男性的病例,该患者主诉原发性不孕2年。在进行全面检查和调查后,发现他先天性单侧输精管缺如并同侧肾缺如,对侧输精管可触及但睾丸萎缩。精液分析显示精液量少(0.5毫升)且无精子症。因此,进行了阴囊探查和交叉经隔输精管附睾吻合术以重新定位输精管。6个月后,精子浓度达到5×10/mL,活力良好(40%),精液量为1.5毫升。
