Local inflammation plays a very important role in the apparition and development of tumors and metastasis. The objective of this study was to investigate the significance of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), lymphocyte to monocyte ratio (LMR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in peripheral blood of patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.
Medical records of 145 patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal malignant tumor between January 2017 and December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Pretreatment neutrophil, lymphocyte, platelet and monocyte counts and NLR, LMR and PLR were investigated.
The mean for NLR, PLR and LMR in patients with gastrointestinal cancer were determined.
Determination of NLR, PLR and LMR can be easily done with a simple blood test and may be useful inflammatory markers as in our study we have observed the presence of increased inflammatory response in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.
局部炎症在肿瘤的出现、发展及转移过程中起着非常重要的作用。本研究的目的是探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值(LMR)及血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)在胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者外周血中的意义。
回顾性分析2017年1月至2017年12月期间确诊为胃肠道恶性肿瘤的145例患者的病历。调查治疗前中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板和单核细胞计数以及NLR、LMR和PLR。
测定了胃肠道癌患者的NLR、PLR和LMR平均值。
通过简单的血液检测即可轻松测定NLR、PLR和LMR,并且可能是有用的炎症标志物,因为在我们的研究中,我们观察到胃肠道癌患者存在炎症反应增强的情况。
