Abstract

Fenosan has been studied for its effect on the lipid peroxidation level of mitochondria and microsomes of the rat kidneys in different periods of nitrosodimethylamine-induced carcinogenesis as well as on the incidence of kidney tumour formation. A month after the treatment with the above carcinogen the lipid peroxidation in the rat kidney was activated. An additional injection of fenosan decreased the intensity of the lipid peroxidation and inhibited the tumour development in kidneys. It is supposed that anticarcinogenic action of fenosan is related to the membrane protection from the lesion by the carcinogen.

已对非诺沙(Fenosan)在二甲基亚硝胺诱导致癌作用的不同阶段对大鼠肾脏线粒体和微粒体脂质过氧化水平的影响以及肾脏肿瘤形成的发生率进行了研究。用上述致癌物处理一个月后,大鼠肾脏中的脂质过氧化被激活。额外注射非诺沙降低了脂质过氧化的强度,并抑制了肾脏肿瘤的发展。据推测,非诺沙的抗癌作用与保护细胞膜免受致癌物损伤有关。
