The gene for wavy coat (wv) is shown to assort independently of the albino (c), brown (b), hooded pattern (h) and pink-eyed dilution (p) genes. The c and p genes, known to be in linkage group I, were observed to show a recombination value of 19.9 +/- 3.3 per cent.
卷毛基因（wv）被证明与白化基因（c）、褐色基因（b）、头巾状花纹基因（h）和粉红眼稀释基因（p）独立分配。已知c和p基因位于连锁群I，观察到它们的重组值为19.9±3.3%。
