Abstract

With the aim to reveal zones of sex dimorphism by means of the karyometry method, 25 zones of the basolateral structures have been investigated in the amygdaloid complex. Mature rats (15 males and 10 females) are decapitated, the brain is fixed in 10% neutral formalin, paraffin slices are stained with hematoxylin-eosin and with cresyl violet. A complete idea on topography of the sex dimorphism zones on the territory of the basolateral structures of the amygdaloid complex is given. The zones mentioned are localized predominantly in the posterior part of the amygdaloid complex, making composition of the basolateral and dorsal endopiriform nuclei.

为了通过核测量法揭示性别二态性区域,对杏仁复合体基底外侧结构的25个区域进行了研究。将成年大鼠(15只雄性和10只雌性)断头,将大脑固定在10%中性福尔马林中,石蜡切片用苏木精-伊红和甲酚紫染色。给出了关于杏仁复合体基底外侧结构区域性别二态性区域地形的完整概念。上述区域主要位于杏仁复合体的后部,构成基底外侧核和背侧内梨状核。
