Abstract

To investigate the clinicopathological factors affecting the assay performance and its application in lung cancer detection in Chinese population. A total of 455 subjects were recruited in this case-control study (302 untreated lung cancer patients, 153 normal subjects). Blood samples were collected before therapy and the level was measured with Epi proLung assay. The sensitivity was 75.6% at 84.8% specificity. Both markers showed stage-dependent sensitivity. was more sensitive to small-cell lung cancer and was more sensitive to poorly differentiated lung cancer. Sensitivity increased with age but was not affected by sex. The / sensitivity was significantly higher than that of protein markers. The / assay showed some values with more limitations in lung cancer early detection.

摘要

为了研究影响检测性能的临床病理因素及其在中国人群肺癌检测中的应用,本研究进行了一项病例对照研究,共纳入 455 例受试者(302 例未经治疗的肺癌患者,153 例正常对照)。在治疗前采集血样,采用 Epi proLung assay 检测水平。该检测的灵敏度为 75.6%,特异性为 84.8%。两种标志物均显示出与分期相关的灵敏度。在小细胞肺癌中更为敏感,而在低分化肺癌中更为敏感。灵敏度随年龄增加而增加,但不受性别影响。/的灵敏度明显高于蛋白标志物。/检测在肺癌早期检测中具有一定局限性。
