Abstract

A systematic study was performed to investigate the relationship between molecular structure and G-quadruplex sensing ability for a series of structurally related cyclometallated iridium(iii) complexes. The novel complex 7 was used to construct a label-free luminescent switch-on G-quadruplex-based assay for RNase H activity in buffered solution. The constructed detection platform was simple, low-cost and highly sensitive for RNase H, and functioned effectively in the presence of cellular debris.

进行了一项系统研究,以考察一系列结构相关的环金属化铱(III)配合物的分子结构与G-四链体传感能力之间的关系。新型配合物7被用于构建一种基于G-四链体的无标记荧光开启检测法,用于缓冲溶液中RNase H活性的检测。所构建的检测平台对RNase H而言简单、低成本且高度灵敏,并且在存在细胞碎片的情况下能有效发挥作用。
