To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on diaphragmatic function based on conventional treatment in patients with poststroke tracheotomy tube.
A total of 70 patients were randomized into an observation group (35 cases) and a control group (34 cases, 1 case dropped off). Internal medical basic treatment and breathing training were given in both groups. Besides, acupuncture was applied at Neiguan (PC 6), Shuigou (GV 26), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Jiquan (HT 1), Chize (LU 5) and Weizhong (BL 40) in the control group, the needles were sustained for 30 min. On the basis of treatment in the control group, EA was applied at Tianding (LI 17), Fengchi (GB 20) and Jiaji (EXB 2, C-C ) in the observation group, with continuous wave, 10-20 Hz, 30 min each time. The treatment was given once a day, 6 times a week for 4 weeks in both groups. Before and after treatment, the diaphragmatic motility was measured by SonoSite ultrasound system (M-Turbo) in the two groups.
Compared before treatment, the diaphragmatic motility after treatment was increased in both groups (<0.01), and the improvement in the observation group was superior to the control group (<0.01).
Electroacupuncture can promote the recovery of diaphragmatic function in patients with post-stroke tracheotomy tube.
观察电针(EA)对脑卒中气管切开术后患者膈肌功能的影响,该研究以常规治疗为基础。
将70例患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(34例,1例脱落)。两组均给予内科基础治疗及呼吸训练。此外,对照组针刺内关(PC 6)、水沟(GV 26)、三阴交(SP 6)、极泉(HT 1)、尺泽(LU 5)和委中(BL 40),留针30分钟。观察组在对照组治疗基础上,电针天鼎(LI 17)、风池(GB 20)和夹脊(EXB 2,C-C),采用连续波,频率10 - 20Hz,每次30分钟。两组均每天治疗1次,每周6次,共4周。治疗前后,两组均采用SonoSite超声系统(M - Turbo)测量膈肌运动。
与治疗前比较,两组治疗后膈肌运动均增加(<0.01),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(<0.01)。
电针可促进脑卒中气管切开术后患者膈肌功能的恢复。
