The relevant articles in the and different physicians' clinical experience regarding acupuncture for post-stroke aphasia were summarized. The etiology, pathogenesis and acupuncture treatment principles for post-stroke aphasia were explored from the perspectives of "treatment based on kidney" "kidney- internal exhaustion" of syndrome differentiation of - and "kidney meridian as core with equal importance to multiple meridians" of syndrome differentiation of meridians, which is aimed to provide reference for clinical treatment.
