Supernumerary kidney is a rare clinical entity with fused supernumerary kidney being even rarer. Caudally located fused right supernumerary kidney with multiple nephrolithiasis was diagnosed in a 69-years-old lady by Computed Tomography Urography. A separate renal artery arising from the abdominal aorta as well as separate renal vein draining into the inferior vena cava was present along with right sided bifid collecting system. Embryological basis of origin of supernumerary kidney, its diagnosis, clinical significance and management are discussed. Keywords: congenital anomaly; CT urography; fused; supernumerary kidney.
额外肾是一种罕见的临床实体，融合性额外肾更为罕见。一名69岁女性通过计算机断层扫描尿路造影诊断出尾侧位置的融合性右侧额外肾伴多发肾结石。存在一条发自腹主动脉的独立肾动脉以及一条汇入下腔静脉的独立肾静脉，同时伴有右侧双叉集合系统。本文讨论了额外肾起源的胚胎学基础、其诊断、临床意义及处理。关键词：先天性异常；CT尿路造影；融合；额外肾
