In 20 patients with acute bronchitis (AB) the results of the investigations of cellular and humoral immunity and the phagocytic system were compared with a clinical and bronchoscopic picture of disease. The acute period of disease was characterized by considerable activation of the majority of immunoreactivity indices. Complete normalization of the immune status and clinical findings was observed only 3-4 mos after recovery.
对20例急性支气管炎（AB）患者的细胞免疫、体液免疫及吞噬系统的检查结果，与疾病的临床及支气管镜检查图像进行了比较。疾病急性期的特点是大多数免疫反应指标有显著激活。仅在康复后3 - 4个月观察到免疫状态和临床症状完全恢复正常。
