The ability of developing collateral vessels in obliterative arteriosclerosis decreases with age. A so-called interval-walking exercise, i.e., repeated walking with interposed test periods, will be effective as long as performed regularly. Cardiopulmonary or joint diseases may diminish the efficiency of this therapy.
在闭塞性动脉硬化中,侧支血管形成的能力会随着年龄增长而下降。一种所谓的间歇步行锻炼,即穿插测试期的反复行走,只要定期进行就会有效。心肺疾病或关节疾病可能会降低这种治疗的效果。
