species (Sordariomycetes, Diaporthales) are often reported as important plant pathogens, saprobes and endophytes on a wide range of plant hosts. In this study, specimens were collected from symptomatic twigs and branches at the Huoditang Forest Farm in Shaanxi Province, China. Identification was done using a combination of morphology and comparison of DNA sequence data of the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (), histone H3 (), partial translation elongation factor-1α () and β-tubulin () gene regions. Three new species are proposed: , and . All species are illustrated and their morphology and phylogenetic relationships with other species are discussed.
物种(粪壳菌纲,间座壳目)常被报道为多种植物寄主上重要的植物病原菌、腐生菌和内生菌。在本研究中,标本采自中国陕西省火地塘林场有症状的嫩枝和枝条。通过形态学观察以及核糖体核糖体内转录间隔区(ITS)、组蛋白H3(H3)、部分翻译延伸因子-1α(TEF-1α)和β-微管蛋白(TUB)基因区域的DNA序列数据比较进行鉴定。提出了3个新的[物种名称未给出]物种:[物种名称未给出]、[物种名称未给出]和[物种名称未给出]。对所有物种进行了绘图,并讨论了它们的形态以及与其他[物种名称未给出]物种的系统发育关系。
