A new spectrophotometric method has been applied to the determination of zinc in bottled mineral water (with and without gas), refreshments, vinegar, and table salt. The method introduces the 1-[di-(2-pyridyl)-methylidene]-5-(salicylidene)-thiocarbo hydrazone (DPST) as chromogenic reagent. This procedure is simple, rapid, reproducible and does not demand costly outfit and chemicals.
一种新的分光光度法已应用于瓶装矿泉水(有气和无气)、茶点、醋和食盐中锌的测定。该方法采用1-[二(2-吡啶基)-亚甲基]-5-(水杨醛亚基)-硫代碳酰肼(DPST)作为显色剂。该方法简单、快速、可重复,且不需要昂贵的仪器和化学试剂。
