Abstract

In order to clarify the main chemical constituents of Huangdi Anxiao Capsules, an ultra-high performance liquid coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE) combined with Waters UNIFI software were successfully used to rapidly identify the chemical constituents in Huangdi Anxiao Capsules. The mass spectrometry data of chemical constituents from Huangdi Anxiao Capsules were collected by UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE, and their structures were identified by the results of UNIFI software according to relative retention time of reference standards, MS feature fragments and literature data of each compound. A total of 100 compounds in Huangdi Anxiao Capsules were identified, including 25 compounds from Pueraria Lobate Radix, 22 compounds from Coptis Rhizoma, 6 compounds from Ophiopogonis Radix, 14 compounds from Eriobotryae Folium, 22 compounds from Rehmanniae Radix, and 15 compounds from Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Among them, 3 compounds were common components. These 100 compounds included flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins and organic acids. This study systematically analyzed the chemical composition of Huangdi Anxiao Capsules, so as to provide evidences for defining the chemical material basis of Huangdi Anxiao Capsules.

摘要

为阐明黄帝安消胶囊的主要化学成分,采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用仪(UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE)结合Waters UNIFI软件成功快速鉴定了黄帝安消胶囊中的化学成分。通过UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE采集黄帝安消胶囊化学成分的质谱数据,并根据对照品相对保留时间、质谱特征碎片及各化合物文献数据,由UNIFI软件结果鉴定其结构。共鉴定出黄帝安消胶囊中的100种化合物,其中葛根含25种,黄连含22种,麦冬含6种,枇杷叶含14种,地黄含22种,三七含15种。其中,有3种为共同成分。这100种化合物包括黄酮类、生物碱类、皂苷类和有机酸类。本研究系统分析了黄帝安消胶囊的化学成分,为明确黄帝安消胶囊的化学物质基础提供依据。
