To evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the extract from Jiangtang Xiaozhi recipe (JXR) of in vitro.
JXR extract was prepared according to previously reported method. In vitro antioxidant assays were used in this experiment, including 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical (DPPH) radical scavenging ability, 2-2'-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sul phonate (ABTS) radical scavenging ability, reducing power assay, fluorescence recovery after photo bleaching assay, β-carotene bleaching assay, ferric thiocyanate assay, and thiobarbituric acid method.
DPPH, ABTS assay showed that JXR extract had distinct effect on scavenging free radicals; reducing power and ferricreducing-antioxidant power assay showed that JXR extract possessed redox ability; β-Carotene bleaching assay and antioxidant activity in a linoleic acid system using ferric thiocyanate method, thiobarbituric acid assay indicated that JXR extract could effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation, and the effect was better than that of Vitamin C.
JXR extract has significant antioxidant capacity in vitro.
评估降糖消脂方(JXR)提取物的体外抗氧化能力。
按照先前报道的方法制备JXR提取物。本实验采用体外抗氧化实验,包括1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH)清除能力、2,2'-联氮-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)自由基清除能力、还原力测定、光漂白后荧光恢复测定、β-胡萝卜素漂白测定、硫氰酸铁测定和硫代巴比妥酸法。
DPPH、ABTS实验表明JXR提取物对清除自由基有显著作用;还原力和铁还原抗氧化能力测定表明JXR提取物具有氧化还原能力;β-胡萝卜素漂白测定以及在亚油酸体系中采用硫氰酸铁法、硫代巴比妥酸法的抗氧化活性测定表明JXR提取物能有效抑制脂质过氧化,且效果优于维生素C。
JXR提取物在体外具有显著的抗氧化能力。
