Abstract
Fifteen methylcellulose preparations prepared in the hospital were evaluated bacteriologically. None of the solutions yielded bacterial growth and it was concluded that methylcellulose solutions prepared in the hospital are safe to use intraocularly.

对医院制备的15种甲基纤维素制剂进行了细菌学评估。所有溶液均未出现细菌生长，得出的结论是，医院制备的甲基纤维素溶液用于眼内是安全的。
