Forty-four leprosy patients with epistaxis were analysed. Aetiopathogenesis of epistaxis in leprosy is discussed in the light of available literature. It has been suggested that epistaxis is more frequent and severe in leprosy patients and more liable to have complications. Epistaxis in leprosy with nasal lesions may alarm the physician that patient has some systemic disorder.
对44例鼻出血的麻风患者进行了分析。根据现有文献讨论了麻风患者鼻出血的病因发病机制。有人提出，鼻出血在麻风患者中更为常见和严重，且更容易出现并发症。伴有鼻部病变的麻风患者鼻出血可能会提醒医生该患者存在某些全身性疾病。
