Abstract

INTRODUCTION

Accessory mitral valve tissue is a rare congenital disease of the mitral valve. It is usually associated with other cardiac malformations and/or left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. More than 2/3 of patients were diagnosed in their childhood. Treatment can be conservative or surgical. The suitable timing for surgery remains controversial, some authors suggest early intervention to prevent devastating complications.

CASE REPORT

We report a case of an adult patient with accessory mitral valve tissue causing left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, who was treated surgically via the right minithoracotomy.

引言

二尖瓣附属组织是一种罕见的二尖瓣先天性疾病。它通常与其他心脏畸形和/或左心室流出道梗阻相关。超过2/3的患者在儿童期被诊断出来。治疗可以是保守的或手术的。手术的合适时机仍存在争议，一些作者建议早期干预以预防严重并发症。

病例报告

我们报告一例成年患者，其二尖瓣附属组织导致左心室流出道梗阻，通过右胸小切口进行了手术治疗。
