Abstract

Egg surface antigens of Setaria digitata were investigated by an immunoperoxidase staining technique. Certain antigens on the egg surface were shed when the eggs developed to microfilariae. Rabbit antisera to S. digitata eggs and to the soluble egg antigen reacted (as detected by immunoperoxidase staining) with the surface antigens of S. digitata eggs and immature microfilariae, and with mature microfilariae of Wuchereria bancrofti and Dirofilaria repens, but not with the surface antigens of mature microfilariae of S. digitata.

采用免疫过氧化物酶染色技术对指状丝虫虫卵表面抗原进行了研究。当虫卵发育为微丝蚴时,虫卵表面的某些抗原会脱落。兔抗指状丝虫虫卵抗血清和抗可溶性虫卵抗原与指状丝虫虫卵及未成熟微丝蚴的表面抗原发生反应(通过免疫过氧化物酶染色检测),也与班氏吴策线虫和匐行恶丝虫的成熟微丝蚴发生反应,但不与指状丝虫成熟微丝蚴的表面抗原发生反应。
