Abstract

Treatment of mice with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) markedly decreased dopamine fluorescence in the lateral part of the striatum but not in the median part of the striatum. However, dopamine fluorescence in lateral part of the striatum recovered by treatment L-dihydroxyphenylalanine(L-DOPA).

摘要

用1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)处理小鼠,显著降低了纹状体外侧部分的多巴胺荧光,但纹状体中间部分未受影响。然而,通过左旋多巴(L-DOPA)治疗,纹状体外侧部分的多巴胺荧光得以恢复。
