Abstract

We report a rare case of concomitant abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and left renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The patient was an 81-year old man who presented with vague abdominal pain. The investigations revealed a 1107362 mm AAA together with 69*56 left renal mass. Open repair of AAA with left radical nephrectomy was conducted. A simultaneous procedure is safe and does not increase morbidity and mortality in selected cases.

我们报告一例罕见的腹主动脉瘤（AAA）合并左肾细胞癌（RCC）病例。患者为一名81岁男性，表现为腹部隐痛。检查发现一个110×73×62毫米的腹主动脉瘤以及一个69×56毫米的左肾肿物。实施了腹主动脉瘤开放修复术并同时进行左肾根治性切除术。在特定病例中，同期手术是安全的，且不会增加发病率和死亡率。
