Gout with rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus is rarely reported. There has been only one previous case report of gout with systemic sclerosis. We report 4 patients with chronic systemic sclerosis who developed acute gouty arthritis. Gout does occur in systemic sclerosis although the incidence is unknown. Synovial fluid analysis may be necessary to differentiate gout from the arthropathy of systemic sclerosis.
痛风合并类风湿性关节炎或系统性红斑狼疮的病例鲜有报道。此前仅有一例痛风合并系统性硬化症的病例报告。我们报告了4例慢性系统性硬化症患者并发急性痛风性关节炎的情况。尽管痛风在系统性硬化症中的发病率尚不清楚，但确实会发生。可能需要进行滑液分析以鉴别痛风与系统性硬化症的关节病。
