One new coumarin (stercularin), along with eleven known compounds, was isolated for the first time from ethyl acetate fraction of The structures of isolated compounds were characterized by spectroscopic techniques such as EIMS, H-NMR and C-NMR. Compound showed significant cytotoxicity by brine shrimp lethality assay (LD: 8.00 μg/ml) and PC-3 cell lines protocol (IC: 3.92 ± 0.20 μg/ml), respectively.
首次从 Sterculia tragacantha 乙酸乙酯部位分离得到一个新的香豆素（stercularin）和 11 个已知化合物。通过 EIMS、H-NMR 和 C-NMR 等光谱技术对分离得到的化合物的结构进行了表征。化合物在卤虫致死试验（LD：8.00μg/ml）和 PC-3 细胞系方案（IC：3.92±0.20μg/ml）中分别表现出显著的细胞毒性。
