Abstract
In this study we evaluated the susceptibility of 127 gram negative bacteria isolated from urine cultures, to TMP-SMX and Ofloxacin in vitro by disk diffusion technique. While 91 percent of bacteria were sensitive to Ofloxacin, only 50 percent were sensitive to TMP-SMX. This resistance to TMP-SMX is compared with similar results of other studies.
摘要
在本研究中，我们通过纸片扩散法，对从尿培养物中分离出的127株革兰氏阴性菌进行了体外对复方新诺明和氧氟沙星的药敏试验。虽然91%的细菌对氧氟沙星敏感，但只有50%对复方新诺明敏感。将这种对复方新诺明的耐药性与其他研究的类似结果进行了比较。
