This paper proposes a new method to reject pile-up pulse continuous zone. This paper first simulates the differences between three kinds trapezoidal shaping methods of which are trapezoidal shaping without width discrimination, with fixed width discrimination or with changing width discrimination, and then carry out experiment with silicon drift detector (SDD) and Fe source in laboratory, and the result of the experiment is that the ratio of peak to background (P/B) increases while the characteristic peaks in high energy section are not affected. Result of the simulation and experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper makes progress in pile-up pulse continuous zone rejection under the circumstance of high-count rates.
本文提出了一种排除堆积脉冲连续区的新方法。本文首先模拟了三种梯形成形方法之间的差异,这三种方法分别是无宽度分辨的梯形成形、固定宽度分辨的梯形成形和可变宽度分辨的梯形成形,然后在实验室中使用硅漂移探测器(SDD)和铁源进行实验,实验结果是峰背比(P/B)增加,而高能段的特征峰不受影响。模拟和实验结果表明,本文提出的方法在高计数率情况下的堆积脉冲连续区排除方面取得了进展。
