Abstract

The husks and fruits of species (Rutaceae) are the popular pungent and spicy ingredients of foods and the traditional medicines in many countries. Three species, . , . , and . , are distributed and intermixed with each other as "Zanthoxyli Pericarpium" in Korean markets. In the present study, we analyzed the ethyl acetate-soluble and nonpolar fractions of samples by H NMR spectrometry and performed a multivariate analysis for finding the discriminant markers between three species. Xanthoxylin was identified as the metabolic marker for the discrimination of species and quantified by the qNMR approach.

芸香科植物的果皮和果实是许多国家食品中常见的辛辣成分和传统药物。三种花椒属植物,即竹叶花椒、野花椒和青花椒,在韩国市场上作为“花椒”相互分布并混合在一起。在本研究中,我们通过1H NMR光谱分析了花椒样品的乙酸乙酯可溶和非极性部分,并进行了多变量分析以寻找三种植物之间的判别标记。氧化黄皮树碱被鉴定为区分三种植物的代谢标记,并通过定量核磁共振方法进行了定量。
