Abstract

Two new indole alkaloids, Bufotenidine B () and Bufocarboline A (), along with seven known indole alkaloids (, , and ) and three organic acids (), were isolated from the water extract of toad venom. The structures of the new alkaloids were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods. The absolute configurations of , , and were determined for the first time by electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. The cytotoxic activity of all compounds was tested against human malignant melanoma cells A375 by the MTT method, and no antitumor activity was observed.

Bufotenidine B () 和 Bufocarboline A (),以及七个已知的吲哚生物碱(、、和)和三种有机酸(、、)。通过广泛的光谱方法阐明了新生物碱的结构。通过电子圆二色性(ECD)计算首次确定了、和的绝对构型。采用 MTT 法检测了所有化合物对人恶性黑色素瘤细胞 A375 的细胞毒性活性,未观察到抗肿瘤活性。
