The experiments on guinea-pigs have established that the vessels of endocrine organs are permeable for autogenic and heterogeneous serum proteins. Parenchymatous cells of these organs play the role of barriers for serum proteins. These parenchymatous cells are responsible for the type of barrier in each endocrine organ.
对豚鼠进行的实验已证实，内分泌器官的血管对自身血清蛋白和异种血清蛋白具有通透性。这些器官的实质细胞起到血清蛋白屏障的作用。这些实质细胞决定了每个内分泌器官中屏障的类型。
