Coeliccia lephuocdieui sp. nov. (holotype ♂, 14.2586N, 108.3786E, Kon Ka Kinh National Park in Ayun Commune, Mang Yang District, Gia Lai Province, the Central Highlands of Vietnam) is described and illustrated for both sexes. A comparison of the new species with Coeliccia scutellum Laidlaw, 1932 and C. yamasakii Asahina, 1984 is provided with notes on the morphological variation of the Vietnamese C. scutellum. The female of C. yamasakii is described for the first time.
新种乐福柯氏蟌Coeliccia lephuocdieui（正模♂，北纬14.2586，东经108.3786，越南中部高地嘉莱省芒杨区阿云公社孔卡金国家公园）的雌雄个体均有描述及图示。将新物种与1932年的盾片柯氏蟌Coeliccia scutellum Laidlaw和1984年的山崎柯氏蟌C. yamasakii Asahina进行了比较，并对越南盾片柯氏蟌的形态变异做了说明。首次描述了山崎柯氏蟌的雌性个体。
