[Immunoperoxidase method of studying paraffin-embedded material and its use in the detection of early myocardial necrosis].

Methodological approaches to the study of antigens in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections are reviewed. Data on the proteolysis effected by various enzymes in such sections are included. It is shown that ischemic areas in the myocardium can be demonstrated by Regaud stain using an immunoperoxidase test.
