Arteriovenous malformation associated with multiple aneurysms in the posterior fossa: a case report with a review of the literature.

The association of two aneurysms on the distal posteroinferior cerebellar artery with an arteriovenous malformation fed by the same artery is reported. A one-stage operation was performed. The other cases in the literature are analyzed with particular regard to the origin of the subarachnoid hemorrhage and the location of the aneurysms.
