Abstract

Penisarins A () and B (), sesquiterpene coumarins with an unusual tricyclic sesquiterpene system, were isolated from endophytic sp. KMU18029. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and electronic circular dichroism calculations. Compound showed significant cytotoxicities against two human cancer cell lines, HL-60 and SMMC-7721, with IC values of 3.6 ± 0.2 and 3.7 ± 0.2 μM, respectively.

从内生真菌 sp. KMU18029 中分离得到了具有不寻常三环倍半萜骨架的倍半萜香豆素化合物 Penisarins A () 和 B ()。基于光谱方法、单晶 X 射线衍射和电子圆二色性计算确定了它们的结构。化合物对两种人癌细胞系 HL-60 和 SMMC-7721 表现出显著的细胞毒性，IC 值分别为 3.6 ± 0.2 和 3.7 ± 0.2 μM。
