The synthesis, structural characterization and influence of solvents on the crystal packing of solvated complexes of ethacridine with phthalic acid: 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridinium phthalate methanol solvate (), 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridinium phthalate ethanol solvate (), 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridinium phthalate isobutanol solvate (), and 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridinium phthalate -butanol solvate monohydrate () are described in this article. Single-crystal XRD measurements revealed that the compounds - crystallized in the triclinic -1 space group, and the 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridinium cations, phthalic acid anions and solvent molecules interact via strong N-H···O, O-H···O, C-H···O hydrogen bonds, and C-H···π and π-π interactions to form different types of basic structural motifs, such as: heterotetramer [···cation···anion···] in compound and , heterohexamer [···cation···alcohol···anion···] in compound , and heterohexamer [···cation···water···anion···] in compound . Presence of solvents molecule(s) in the crystals causes different supramolecular synthons to be obtained and thus has an influence on the crystal packing of the compounds analyzed.
依沙吖啶与邻苯二甲酸溶剂化配合物的合成、结构表征及溶剂对其晶体堆积的影响:6,9 - 二氨基 - 2 - 乙氧基吖啶鎓邻苯二甲酸甲酯溶剂化物()、6,9 - 二氨基 - 2 - 乙氧基吖啶鎓邻苯二甲酸乙酯溶剂化物()、6,9 - 二氨基 - 2 - 乙氧基吖啶鎓邻苯二甲酸异丁酯溶剂化物()以及6,9 - 二氨基 - 2 - 乙氧基吖啶鎓邻苯二甲酸丁酯溶剂化物一水合物()在本文中有所描述。单晶X射线衍射测量表明,化合物 - 结晶于三斜晶系 -1空间群,且6,9 - 二氨基 - 2 - 乙氧基吖啶鎓阳离子、邻苯二甲酸阴离子和溶剂分子通过强N - H···O、O - H···O、C - H···O氢键以及C - H···π和π - π相互作用形成不同类型的基本结构单元,例如:化合物 和 中的异四聚体[···阳离子···阴离子···]、化合物 中的异六聚体[···阳离子···醇···阴离子···]以及化合物 中的异六聚体[···阳离子···水···阴离子···]。晶体中溶剂分子的存在导致获得不同的超分子合成子,从而对所分析化合物的晶体堆积产生影响。
