To analyze the detection value of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy.
A total of 45 diabetic patients with microangiopathy treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study group, and 45 diabetic patients without microangiopathy in the same period were enrolled in the control group. The levels of HbA1c, fasting blood glucose, D-dimer and antithrombin III (AT-III) of patients were compared between the two groups.
Compared with the control group, the study group had significantly higher fasting blood glucose (7.42±0.54 mmol/L vs. 11.36±0.83 mmol/L) and glycosylated hemoglobin (7.62±0.32% vs. 10.65±0.72), but significantly lower D-dimer (842.96±195.74 μg/L vs. 511.36±110.25 μg/L) and AT-III levels (73.52±23.69% vs. 73.52±23.69%; all P<0.05).
Glycosylated hemoglobin level can not only clearly show the specific conditions of microangiopathy, but also help to diagnose, prevent and treat diabetic microangiopathy, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
分析糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在糖尿病微血管病变诊断中的检测价值。
选取2017年1月至2017年12月在我院治疗的45例糖尿病微血管病变患者作为研究组,同期选取45例无微血管病变的糖尿病患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的HbA1c、空腹血糖、D-二聚体及抗凝血酶III(AT-III)水平。
与对照组相比,研究组空腹血糖(7.42±0.54 mmol/L对11.36±0.83 mmol/L)和糖化血红蛋白水平(7.62±0.32%对10.65±0.72%)显著更高,但D-二聚体(842.96±195.74 μg/L对511.36±110.25 μg/L)和AT-III水平(73.52±23.69%对73.52±23.69%)显著更低(均P<0.05)。
糖化血红蛋白水平不仅能清晰显示微血管病变的具体情况,还有助于糖尿病微血管病变的诊断、预防及治疗,值得临床推广。
