Food allergy (FA) (especially cow's milk allergy) is a frequent complaint in children. The clinical features of FA are protean and depend not only on the organ predisposition, but also on the immunological mechanism involved in the reaction. In this paper, the Authors review current knowledge regarding the clinical spectrum of FA in children, focusing the attention not only on classic clinical syndromes like anaphylaxis, atopic dermatitis and enteropathies, but also discussing less known problems like FA in breast feed infants, respiratory complaints, unusual gastrointestinal manifestations, cortical hyperostosis and also behavioural disturbances.
食物过敏(FA)(尤其是牛奶过敏)是儿童常见的病症。FA的临床特征多种多样,不仅取决于器官易感性,还取决于反应中涉及的免疫机制。在本文中,作者回顾了关于儿童FA临床谱的当前知识,不仅关注如过敏反应、特应性皮炎和肠病等经典临床综合征,还讨论了一些鲜为人知的问题,如母乳喂养婴儿的FA、呼吸道症状、不寻常的胃肠道表现、皮质骨增生以及行为障碍。
