Abstract

In regenerative medicine stem cell biology has become one of the most interesting and more often studied subject. The amniotic membrane is the innermost layer of the fetal membranes and is considered a potential tool to treat many pathologies. It is used because it can be collected from discarded fetal material and is a rich source of stem cells with high proliferation and plasticity ratio capable of proliferating and differentiate . We propose to elucidate the characteristics and potencial clinical application of cells derived of amniotic membrane in veterinary medicine.

摘要

在再生医学中,干细胞生物学已成为最有趣且研究频率更高的学科之一。羊膜是胎膜的最内层,被认为是治疗多种病症的潜在工具。之所以使用它,是因为它可以从废弃的胎儿材料中获取,并且是干细胞的丰富来源,具有高增殖率和可塑性,能够增殖和分化。我们建议阐明羊膜来源的细胞在兽医学中的特征和潜在临床应用。
