Abstract
LAV-HTLV III serologic out-patient's supervision (clinical an immunological status), general practitioner and family medicine practitioners are able to follow up out-patients with a positive LAV-HTLV III serology. However the lack of IgM LAV-HTLV III serology is not enable to make secure our patients about the RETRO-VIRUS biological activity in their FUTURE.
