The complete mitochondrial genome of was sequenced. The circular mitochondrial genome is 16,480 bp and consists of 13 protein-coding, 2 ribosomal RNAs, and 13 transfer RNA genes (GenBank accession no. MN194589). Results of maximum likelihood analysis showed that this species clustered with other species of the family Gobbidae. This study will contribute to the phylogenetics of genus and the other genera of Gobiidae.
对[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。环状线粒体基因组为16480 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因和13个转运RNA基因组成(GenBank登录号:MN194589)。最大似然分析结果表明,该物种与虾虎鱼科的其他物种聚类在一起。本研究将有助于[属名]属及虾虎鱼科其他属的系统发育研究。
