Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome of (Tokunaga) was sequenced. The circular mitochondrial genome is 15,052 bp and consists of 13 protein-coding, 3 ribosomal RNAs, and 22 transfer RNA genes (GenBank accession no. MT185679). Results of maximum likelihood analysis showed that this species clustered with other species of the family Chironomidae. This study will contribute to the phylogenetics of genus and the other genera of Chironomidae.

对(德永)的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。环状线粒体基因组为15,052 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、3个核糖体RNA基因和22个转运RNA基因组成(GenBank登录号:MT185679)。最大似然分析结果表明,该物种与摇蚊科的其他物种聚类在一起。本研究将有助于[具体属名]属及摇蚊科其他属的系统发育研究。
